We may improve health in many ways. Many people try to do something, some are successful, some are not.
Usually people do what they like, not what they should do. They often choose the less pleasant way for the next day, week or year.
Here I present my way to improve the health.
- Eat sourdough bread instead of this from supermarkets and commercial bakeries. It should be a really sourdough bread, baked without commercial yeast, using to rise only the starter, flour, water and salt.
- Avoid red and fat kind of meat.
- Eat more vegetables and fruits.
- Practice more exercises every day, especially outside (walking, running, tennis).
- Do not smoke.
- Do not use too much alcoholic and sweet drinks.
- Avoid prepared food from cheap markets.
- Be positive.
