Small and fast wheat – rye bread

The fermentation of wheat flour takes longer than rye flour, so we may mix them in different time to get the best results.

1. Prepare and mix ingredients:

    -  150 g strong wheat flour, nuts, water

    -  50 ml of starter, 

2. Leave the mixture covered for 8 hours in a room temperature

3. Add :  150 g rye bread flour, salt,  mix in a bowl or in a machine

4. Put everything to the baking pan

5. Leave the dough in a warm place - ( oven with a switched on lamp ) for 3 hours

6. Bake for 45 - 60 minutes in temp. 220 - 200 C
